1 hour was given-

our mission was to write all you know about the topic(your choice) and add some drawing at the end if needed.

It was a writing assessment time in the 4th grade classroom. Teacher gave me a heads up 3 days ago, so I could prep my kid who often has difficulty choosing the topic and staying focused during writing times.

Well..today’s winner was a visual organizer that I scribbled quickly on the piece of paper.  Kid was so quick to fill up the each box and transitioned smoothly to her actual writing on the paper given from the teacher.  When she finally filled up the entire page with her deep knowledge of this special Bird, she started to draw the bird🕊 on the back. It was so detailed and beautiful- What a smart kid she is…=)
