Can’t believe I can watch the full movie on Youtube for free!!! It is all time one of my favorites. Well, my students love it!!!! Quiet movie, no talking, beautiful songs- what more do we want?
Also, it is a great way to touch on some of physical science and weather units, e.g., solid(ice), liquid(water), sun(heat), melting, cold, warm, hot, etc.

That was the best she could do! At least, she got the eyes and nose on the right place. Plus, this snowman even stands alone!!!!
Another activity with snowman….first I drew a snowman on the white board as giving a simple directions. 3 different size of circles, eyes, nose, and arms…
The other two were drawn by my volunteers(students) who always eager to help me out in the group. After we got 3 snowmen, we talked about how many, who is the tallest, etc.
Now, we matched up with First, Second and Third card with each snowman.
“Who’s the first?” ” Who’s second?”
The reason we got into those orderly words was to work on sequences of building a snowman(worksheet).
Super easy and fun!!!
